"Since this was an elected position for a one year term, there is not a lot to say here. It was awesome woeking with the 14 chapters and 350 students. Mentoring them and watching them grow."

"Being president is the most thankless job in any organization. You cannot please everyone, so be prepared for tough questions about leadership style and goals."
What don't you like about working at United Latino Students?
"Non-profit means no money. It was difficult to raise funds in the year I was president in 2010."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Grow, Expand the organization. I am actively assiting them with this now. I'm helping them reach out past California into Utah, Arizona, and Nevada."
