2.5 I have been working for Umpqua Bank for the last 8 months. The original company I worked for was Sterling Bank. After the purchase, Umpqua IT department never asked, inquired nor took any of the 15 systems engineers' opinions even though both companies were roughly the same size. The Sterling IT processes and procedures were more mature for the size IT department we were. Umpqua uses more manual processes, old technology and will not even take the opinion of seasoned 20 year + veteran engineers.

2.9 Management has changed over the last 4 years. They have seemed to have lost focus on the employee and adequately motivating them. It seems the focus is on personal agendas and being recognized for the change they have made, good or bad.
