"I worked at Septa for less than a year and found their CCT department childish, ghetto, unprofessional, and all around bad environment to work in. The micromanaging and lack of direction from management is horrible. They are sneaky and sly with how they try to get you written up for things regardless if you have legitimate documentation to back up your reasoning."
