"It was a very laid back company and the company owner knew everyones name and would ask about our families."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Dont ask for a high salary because they wont pay it."

What don't you like about working at HyperActive Technologies?

"After the new upper management came, the company totally changed. He expected us to work at least 10 hours a day and it didnt matter if you had children to pick up from daycare. He would walk around to see who was still around at 7pm and it didnt matter if you had a family to tend to. If you left any earlier than that, you were talked to the next day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Dont be so hard on your employees. There are mothers and fathers that work for you and need to be places at certain times. Also, once he found out about my pay and that I should've at least been paid 20k more a year, he did nothing to fix it till I left the job and they were trying to keep me."
