"No training at all, I'm expected to read my boss' mind and know right away what he's talking about, from bank accounts to potential clients that are not even described to me. Communication is very ineffective and leadership roles are not well established."

"I'd probably have a structured way to do things, carefully explaining employees what is expected of them each week. Also, if there is anything they're doing wrong, I'd let them know that their way is not working and would provide a solution."
