"I have worked for Lehigh Valley Health Network for over 3+ years and have had a wondrous time giving back to my community ensuring the health of my patients is that of high quality. The laboratory aspect of my position allow for me to aid patients in ways that they often cannot see or be understood without many years of schooling."

"Overall, HNL is a great company to work for. Mostly very friendly working atmosphere with flexible policies. Unfortunately, they brought in a new CIO who in turn hired his cronies to fill key roles. New manager fails to listen and instead monologues for hours about how great he is (even during YOUR eval). He clearly does not want to manage people and is not interested in building strong working relationships with his team. Often times individuals are demeaned in front of peers. After one year, morale has dropped to an all-time low among the IS dept. Also, all major projects are now sent offshore to India. Sad, because I used to LOVE working at HNL."

"It is a solid company to work for with good benefits. However, ability to move up and training is not the best."

"I've worked with HNL for over 5 years. It has been a good company to work for with terrific benefits, but lately, it seems that the focus has been on expanding the brand. This comes at a cost of stretching employees, supervisors, managers etc very thin. We are given a job to do, but many times, aren't given the tools to complete them."
