4.1 I began my work with Ensono in June 2019. I started as an intern in their 10-week mainframe academy program where they taught me primarily how mainframes interact with various industries and how vital they are to several aspects of finance and IT solutions. Ultimately, I do not feel challenged enough in this job and genuinely believe that this position will provide me the experience necessary to successfully be a part of a structured and innovative team.

4.7 Ensono is a fast growing company focusing on providing third party IT services to companies. Relatively small but growing rapidly due to merging with a few other companies. Very organized, laid back, and enjoyable environment. Management is competent and does not micro-manage.
