1.4Create a operations department that vets all emails and combines communications to the field. There's nothing like having every corporate employee email the entire field at $PM Friday to clear off their to do lists. This ensured field level people would be working every Saturday and Sunday to complete work.Also, please do a thorough survey on the field about how corporate employees feel about the support they receive, especially since the giant re-organization in 2011. People are very upset with no 401K contributions, frozen salaries.Lastly, there is NO diversity within this company- this is an old boy's club .
4.6I was fortunate enough to land an internship at Eleven over the summer, and the job and the company exceeded my expectations. The team was extremely welcoming and helpful and the work was everything I could have hoped for in a summer internship. I was treated as a member of the team from the beginning and was given the responsibility and freedom of a full-time team member. My opinion and expertise were listened to and never dismissed because I was an intern.
