"I worked for Eckart for 12 years. It had been a growing company, but the current leadership is floundering and cutting back instead of focussing on bold growth."
"I’ve worked for ECKART for over 10 years. It is an okay place to work but it certainly is tough to be an American decision maker in a German company. The compensation is good, the working colleagues are great, but overall there is a negative working attitude driven by power struggles. The American company is also very flat, restricting advancement opportunities. Sometimes but certainly not frequently “special projects” are used to engage employees in lieu of advancement."
