2.3 I worked there for 12 years and was adversely dis crimin ated against in the following ways: Executive Leader J o h n B uck ley, one time Chief Compliance Officer, blocked a promotion for my employee named L. H u g hes because of his se x ual identity, I protested and fought him to no avail, and I was later retaliated against, denied promotions and forced to leave after multiple public humiliation and moving my offices to smallest cubicle, taking all work away and removing my team for me. Most Recently Senior Director R a ja Ra mas am y of PMO repeatedly dis crimi nate d by race and age against me by passing over job assignments, ignoring my extensive credentials, providing negative employee reviews that did not follow established CVS policies, paid me lower rates with less benefits, and no raise as retaliation as a Caucasian over 50 years old in favor of indian coworkers resulting in emotional distress, negative financial effects, civil rights violations and having to quit the job. I followed all internal policies and procedures to address these including emails to L arry J. M e rlo, J on at han C. R ob erts. E va B or atto. and Ch ris tine Fitz ge rald to no avail and things only got worse so I left

2.4 The amount of BS of customers cussing at an associate over a $1 coupon, or having to abide by the laws that CVS created, with that one poor coworker having to handle all of the backlash with minimal support is unreal. The Ethics line is there to assist, and sometimes the coworkers will be nice, but there are also petty experiences with workers and customers that only someone with tough skin can handle. I highly recommend someone who is a natural customer service representative with a high tolerance for pain is a perfect fit for this job, in any position. Personal experiences have been stress, anxiety, and depression with the company, with occasional support from other coworkers. Even some coworkers can turn out to be mentally and physically draining for a person, even if they're used to it. In positives, it does help toughen and build someone's tolerance for pain, in addition to learning management and pharmacist skills with nice benefits.

Skilled in Service Now Development,reach Js, Angular 2.0, MariaDB, Windows Server, Release Management, Shell Scripting, and ASP.NET MVC. Strong information technology professional graduated from Anna University. My Recent assignment is Migration and Transition for CVS Acquisition over Omnicare . I identified each and every component in Omnicare and moved them successfully to the CVS Data center removing all the security vulnerabilities which was quite challenging .Rewrote around 40 applications from Obsolete Technology to newer MVC framework with ASP.NET . With my Experience , i have been to multiple domains, multiple technology , and recently moved to Service-Now development through which i am strong in ITIL concepts .Learning a new technology is not a big deal as it has been always happening in my career . As well, i have worked with Target where i have seen Waterfall to Agile Transition and with Omnicare , i have seen Acquisition of companies ,Data center migration, adoption of newer process. These are my very unique experience which helped me learn a lot which other professionals wouldn't have been through
