4.9I worked with Citi for over 15years and I highly regard Citigroup as one of the best employers in the the whole of the United States of America. I worked very well with everybody and Citi recognizes diversity and that creates a conducive environment to work for. The managers were friendly and well trained to handle every aspect of our work, and Citi offered continuous training to all employees in order to remain compliant to the ever changing regulations within the financial arena. Citigroup does not discriminate it is a n equal opportunity employer and their training system put into perspective that in order to drive positive results towards one goal of success an employee needs the knowledge to go far and beyond expectations. Citi has the best benefits in the whole of the USA for its employers, I would recommend anybody to apply to work for Citi.
3.7I have worked with Citi Mortgage since 2009 in 4 different positions. It was in a start up phase initially with major growth opportunities. The default department is now downsizing and selling off bad debt, preferring to focus on the banking and card business areas for profitability. Default will be downsizing but other city departments will have major opportunities. It is an excellent company with major benefits. It is family friendly and believes in balancing work with family.
4I've worked with CitiMortgage for 4 and 1/2 years, the company was an ethical company that treated people with respect and dignity while working with homeowners that were in default. I learned a lot while working for CitiMortgage. I learned to empathize with the borrowers situation and I also had to learn how to distance myself from the situation in order to not become over involved in the borrowers situation as to not become overwhelmed and depressed.
