"Central is a good company to work for and has good people. There does seem to be heavy turnover at the CEO position, which does create interesting dynamics with management direction."
"I worked for CG&P for three years. Senior management is clueless and self absorbed; blaming and firing subordinates for their own mistakes. The chairman of the board is a micro manager. Departments and division battle each other rather than cooperate. There are some good people stuck in dead end jobs. Don't even think you want to work here."
