"I worked for CG&P for three years. Senior management is clueless and self absorbed; blaming and firing subordinates for their own mistakes. The chairman of the board is a micro manager. Departments and division battle each other rather than cooperate. There are some good people stuck in dead end jobs. Don't even think you want to work here."
