"I've been disappointed with the culture at this company. It seems to be a company where it is OK to "pass the buck" and put forth the least effort possible. I'm also disappointed with the level of technology used. I didn't think it was possible to run a major company using a green screen mainframe and Access databases, but somehow they do."

"I was employed with SXC before the merger with Catalyst that made us CatamaranRx. I have enjoyed learning about the PBM industry and tools in the BI world. While the company has grown and changed since I have started, I see that the people are what make the company great, and being able to work with other employees and creating relationships has been a huge benefit working for this company."
