"I was with the first group of managers with this start up company. There were unnecessary delays with the licensing division of the company obtaining state licensing that severely impacted my ability to retain production staff and the company refused to pay the staff until licensing was in place. Most of these issues were due to parent company Castle & Cooke, not the management of the mortgage company. I would recommend the mortgage company CEO, not the parent company CEO."
"I enjoyed working for his home builder, they were a small outfit."
"Castle & Cooke was a great experience. Due to budget cutbacks I was laid off."
