"My time at Castalia has been an exhausting and unethical experience, primarily due to the HORRIBLE management and lack of career growth opportunities They show complete disregard for junior employees, leaving them feeling undervalued and unsupported. I had expressed my interest in advancing my skills and taking on more challenging responsibilities, but my requests were met with indifference and empty promises. The HR department proved to be equally unhelpful, offering no guidance or support for career development. It became evident that Castalia's management was more focused on maintaining its own power and status rather than fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment. I can't recommend Castalia to anyone seeking career growth and fair treatment, as the company's UNETHICAL practices and disregard for its employees are deeply ingrained in its culture."

"Top heavy company with no replacements for ground staff who left - Extremely lean organization, when people resign, they are not replaced and stretch current employees to the extreme. A lot of things are not decided and finalized by the senior management, which results in a heavy workload. The company is always about cost-cutting and has no concern for employee well-being."
