5I was an assistant at Andoscia Communications for 10 months and then got promoted to publicist. I got to do account work almost immediately which helped me learn quickly. I worked with the Senior Account Executive, a media relations person and the founder closely. I got to listen in on client calls and attend meetings also. It was definitely a great experience for me. I had only had internships prior to working there.
2I would focus less on my personal errands and life during working hours. I would also avoid screaming at my employees and figure out kind and productive ways for getting the job done in the best, most efficient way.
5This is an excellent place to work, regardless of where you’re at in your career. If you’re green, they’re more than willing to get you up to speed and get you experience to build your career upon, and if you’re experienced, working here will be a breath of fresh air. At least it has been for me. The projects I’ve been able to work on are unique and interesting, providing a healthy challenge that allows me to learn new skills that make me better at what I do. I’m proud to be a part of the Andoscia team.
