"I have worked for Amazon Fulfillment since October of 2012. I believe they have a great core of values including those concerning customer orientation and leadership. However, I feel as though management can be vastly improved. I do not feel I am supported by my immediate management. Compensation is rather low for the responsibilities and duties required for my position. I do enjoy working for Amazon but I do not see myself building a strong career within the Fulfillment Center."

"I worked at Amazon since 2018. It was definitely challenging but well worth it. It was a good environment but it wasn’t cut out for me. I loved meeting new people and seeing different faces throughout the peak period. It was wonderful talking and meeting new people every day and seeing how their lives are and how long they have been with Amazon."

"They shift hours on a whim. They plan projects without sufficient time to complete them properly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more professional, and stop trying to one-man manage everything. Use the people in other positions and value their input, instead of making command decisions without the experience to make such decisions."
