"I joined the USC Consulting Group organization and hit the ground running immediately with little to no training so it was the proverbial "drinking from the firehose" situation. The experienced co-workers expected me to know exactly what they were doing rather than share their knowledge so getting up to speed took extra effort. The position overall was rewarding to work closely with clients, to make positive changes, to be that horsepower to help make the changes and watch the success."

"I've been working for CS department of USC Viterbi School of Engineer since August 2019. I found this is a really challenging and fun job. I helped hundreds of students in both on-campus and online office hours and I really enjoyed it."

"USC has a lot to offer for those interested in a large university atmosphere with strengths in professional programs. My first few years there were excellent. However, it has developed an overbearing top-down control structure that is exceptionally toxic. This seems to be a reaction to recent serious legal exposures created by high profile lawsuits. In time, it may become a welcoming place to work once again. For now, I recommend caution."
