"The salary is based on a multitude of factors such as your language capabilities, geographic location, position, and if you are able to travel. I began as a bilingual interviewer in Florida screening respondents in our research study by practically going door to door. Starting pay is 15$ an hour, language differential is 2$, and because we were screening candidates in we received an additional 2$, in the beginning I began making 19$ an hour. When I would travel overnight I would receive an additional 2$ per day and now that I am a locator I received an additional 2$ and I am working on various other projects also allows for other incentives."
