"The CEO and VP fail to recognize the importance of support personnel and appropriate work load for CMCA's. Turnaround is very high. One bookkeeper handles financials for 80+ HOAs and 800+ rental properties. Each CMCA is assigned a portfolio of 14 associations. Pay isn't great, but benefits are excellent. Upgrading your CAI certification is encouraged with annual CE reimbursement and raises, but there are no positions open for moving up."
