"Time Warner is an excellent company to work for. We have a good reputation, as we have been around for over 20 years and operate in 20 different states. We offer cutting edge products and services that enhance people's lives. Time Warner is very active in the community and offers many volunteer opportunities. The compensation and benefits are excellent as well."

"Be confident and most of all be yourself. That is the best advice I could give to anyone."

"To be more compassionate and empathize more with employees and understand them more."

"Be very careful; pay is not based on skills and is a very controlled environment; if you want freedom to utilize skills forget it; they are very structured and either you accept or will be let go."

"Management, especially customer service director, was ruthless in leadership and had no business in their position."

"Think more modern and restructure customer service department and get rid of management there"

"You are going to be really hot in the summer and really cold in the winter. Just prepare yourself. But the work is not hard and it can be fun."

"The system is the most important structure to the company, if not taken care of probably will then rot and decay and destroy the reputation it took so much time to build."

"Constantly understaffed even before the downturn in the economy. Need more diversity in upper management."
