"I worked for Leidos for over 6 years and enjoyed my time working there. The employee base has always been pleasant to work with and the various teams work together extremely well. Management cares about their employees and even during difficult times like Covid-19 had done their best to retain their employees."

"I worked for Leidos Health Meditech Practice for just over 2 years. They are mismanaged in the arena as many opportunities are overlooked and awarded to other consulting organizations. False promises of future opportunities and inept staff makes it a sorry mess."

"As a tenured member of this organization (10 years with SAIC) I have seen much change. The current state of this company is very promising; particularly taking into account the current climate of this industry."

"I've worked for SAIC who later split to become Leidos and SAIC since 2012. The company seems to be a bit of a meat shop. They land contracts with the government and really don't care about the deliverables in those contracts. Working conditions were no good. We had a small bathroom for a warehouse of workers. No water, coffee, or windows. Raises were minuscule because the company is struggling financially."

"Recent company split has made working for this company a nightmare. We are just cash cows for the Sr Executives to pull in huge, multimillion dollar bonuses. The Peter Principle runs rampant here - screw up, move-up applies everyday - miserable place to work."

"I've worked for Leidos since 2011 as my first job out of college. The atmosphere is amazing, I love the people I work with, and I have plenty of room to grow and learn."

"Ive worked with Leidos since it was SAIC and I have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity of working for them! I have been with the company now for 8 years, even as the jobs around me currently are drying up and going away as a government contractor, I never felt that my livelihood was at jeopardy with the Leidos team. They have always presented me with opportunities to expand my knowledge base and pursue different options. I recommend them to anyone in search of an IT career."

"Government rules and will screw you over and companies will only know so much since the managers are hired to be PASSIVE and kept out of situation and facts. Some government managers abuse their power and contractors. Some contractor coworkers are bullies and little is done to correct them. Stay away from Dunn Loring secure environments or working for the government agency well known in Mclean/Langley. The government leadership is terrible and the contractor manager/leaders are spineless."

"They will often let clearance updates expire so the employee gets the short end of the stick and they save money (your money). Government agencies are too often allowed to abuse contractors and companies can and will do LITTLE. DO NOT work for the undisclosed locations in McLean, Merrifield, Reston areas. They screw people over, forget about a fair trial, you won't even get one (even if innocent). Don't work for that government agency either."

"I have worked for this company for more than 10 years. The name recently changed, but I believe the BETTER PARTS of the original company came with it.The new organization appears to be poised for greatness."

"Worked at SAIC for over 10 years. Once management at host site changed, no consideration was given for length of time with company. New people with different expertise were moved in and current workers were not given consideration for training."

"I've only been working with my company for a few months but they have not been very organized for those months I've been working. I assume this partly due to me being hired around the holidays."

"The workplace environment is quite nice and we have good modern amenities. The company as a whole has the tendency to fire people in order to save money. While this is sometimes necessary in many industries it seems that an inordinate number of people are leaving/being told to leave and there isn't any more work coming in. Not many proposals are being won and hours can and will be taken from employees to give full coverage to more popular employees."
