The best part of this place is definitely the people - I get to work with a really amazing team full of smart, fun, responsive individuals who are always answering my questions and looking for ways to improve the business, the employee's experience, and our positive impact in both local and global communities. There's a lot of transparency from leadership, and where there could be improvements, they are working to close the gap. "I've worked with Leidos (previous SAIC) for over 15 years. It is a fantastic company to work for. However, government funding has been spotty lately, and contracts have not been coming through like they have in prior years."

"LEIDOS just split off from SAIC in October 2013. What was once an one of the largest employee owned companies is now a fully public corporation and the transition is still ongoing. The corporate culture is undergoing growing pains as a result of the transition, but there are some really good people employed there."
