What You will do

-Work in an interdisciplinary team: Collaborate with Design, Technology and Strategy Leads who are passionate about the evolution of design, future of digital experiences and the potential of emerging technologies.

-Research and Ethnography Design and conduct research plans including recruitment, field work, and analysis to inform experience strategies.

-Quant and Qual Approach Work closely with data analysts to complement qualitative research with quantitative data

-Insights Development Synthesize complex research findings into compelling narratives and actionable insights for our team and our clients.

-Help our clients envision the use of digital to transform their businesses. Dream big, demonstrate what is possible, get them and us excited about the possibilities.

Qualifications

-5 years of experience working in research or related background

-Proficiency in customer experience, journey mapping, customer research and recruitment

-Prior experience working in interdisciplinary teams.

-Prior experience leading client engagements

-Bachelor's degree in anthropology, sociology, ethnography or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

-Excellent communications and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex research findings in a compelling manner.

-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret and derive meaningful insights from a variety of inputs and research methodologies.

-Creative, problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving innovation in customer experiences.

-Familiarity with digital technologies, emerging trends, and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

-The aptitude and interest to embrace complex research inputs and translate them into elegant insights taking a system thinking approach to activation and experience orchestration.

-An unconstrained thinker with a background in Ethnography and Research

-A self-starter, eager to chase down compelling visions and inspiring storylines.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The job posting will receive applications until 6/15/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 and $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
