"I like the people that I work with and I feel gratified when my clients are happy and successful. In addition, the schedule is flexible which works well for students, parents, and part-time employees."

"No worries, if they're desperate enough and you breathe, you will be hired."

What don't you like about working at Jenny Craig?

"It is clear that the company does not value their employees. The benefits package is terrible, the pay is even worse, and middle to upper management is unhelpful with regards to employee questions and concerns.And I'm not joking about about my salary, $9.3524 is exactly the hourly rate printed on my paychecks!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You may get more out of your employees if you at least try to pretend like you care about them. In addition, the company is tight-fisted with salaries and benefits while wasting money and resources on useless positions and ineffective business objectives, sending a negative message to employees that results in low morale."

"I am passionate about helping clients reach their weight loss goal. I have alwas managed to build a great rapport and trust factor with my clients, which together, has lead us to a great weight loss sucess! The relationship with my clients, became more than just a client / consultant service. It had to be, in order to have success.and long term results.Jenny Craig Corp. became more about having the clients spend more $ weekly, instead of the sucees of their weight loss. Let me tell you, their is no better way to get new business, ( ultimately), raising the revenue, than seeing physical results and getting several referrals; All of which I managed to do. By the way, I used to manage Nutrisytem corp. for 6.5 years. and was extremely successful at it."

"Be open minded, be genuine, and be honest. The clients deserve that!"

What don't you like about working at Jenny Craig?

"See above."

"The ability to recognize client's individual needs. NO TWO CLIENTS ARE ALIKE. I never felt the warmth of the managers, and the clients could feel that. They were dollar signs to them. Also, the lack of support in conversing with the clients or in helping out , never seemed a priority."
