"The casual environment, creativity that is given to employees, there is never a dull moment."

"One must not be easily offended, and be ready to work long hours to prove your worth (just like many other design firms) - have a thick skin."
What don't you like about working at KNA Design?
"The fast-paced drama, the turnover rate, time commitment for the pay, the ability to very easily get pigeon-holed into your talent without the ability to keep up all of your skills, and the lack of any bonuses."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Scheduling of projects and time commitment for all phases of each project should reflect more on the number of people involved."

"The seemingly constant rescheduling of work orders and appointment times on behalf of customers and contractors."

"I would suggest the company require three appraisals for each job assignment to give the customer more options thus making their decision more firm."

"Being self employed I was always at work, I couldn't get away from it phone would ring in the evening, I was often up working late into the night."

"Find a work life balance make sure employees take their time off in order to recharge and avoid burnout"
