"Get everything in writing. They talk a good game to get you to take the job, but back peddle on many of their promises once hired"

"Lack of integrity, morals and values. The upper management has no problem asking employees to lie to make themselves look better"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Lead by example, not by setting rules you do not follow yourself. Also you need to grow up seeing 50 year old men act like teenagers is embarrassing."
