"Company is not investing into technology innovations. Executives are firm believers that 1:1 outsourcing from US to India can be done without realizing US resources tend to pull 60+ hour work week vs 40-hour India (or Costa Rica). HP is losing significant resources across the Enterprise Services due to lack of concern for key employees."
