"If you're not taking a RN program, your chances of advancing through the company are impossible. Once a tech, always a tech and no more. Sorry but true."

"Maybe, possibly getting to know your techs that have further educated themselves for possible advancement. We're not all just PCT's. Some of us have BBA and BBM degrees."
