"They were very similar to an IBM culture - they hired the best and brightest from college and retained them for their entire career. Most of the management team came from Engineering or Technical related backgrounds. A very talented and experienced team."

"While the compensation package, including gym, health care center, cafeteria, etc. may be decent, there is no work/life balance and no time to use these benefits....especially during hurricane season, which is mandatory. The physical toll on your body from working 18-20 hr days, 7 days/wk is unrealistic. There are much better companies to work for."

"Senior management's lack of expertise, trust and respect for the employees (i.e., VP arrested for domestic violence; manager fired for sexual harassment)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Empower your people without micro managing, and don't give them an unachievable work and then say make it happen."

"All interviewers are different. Be ready to meet with many at the same day. Separate at least three hours of your day if called for an interview."
