"There is no support from supervisory level and equipment is totally inadequate for the job."

"What I enjoy about working at DynCorp International is the ability to work with a large group of good guys who are prior military."

"I hae the opportunity to run the shop and supervise when my direct supervisor is away on travel or vacation. However they do not advertise management positions and just hand pick who they want to promote."

What don't you like about working at DynCorp?

"upper management is very military llike and likes to treat their workers like their still in the military. They do not understand that things are run differently with the new generation and it takes it diferent ways and strategies to motivate their employees."

"If I were running the show I would try and make things more efficient especially the way maintenance is conducted and documented. I would also try to make more proactive decisions and not overact/react to situations when they happen."

"I have the chance to work with some great people and support our Military on one of the largest camp in Afghanistan."

"The money is not everything, Think about your family and how much time your going to be away from them and make a plan and stick toit."

"I am in Afghanistan away from my family for to long."

"I like everything about Dyn-Corp. They are a very large company, yet they treat their employees well."

"Some of the leadership was not properly trained and was very difficult to work with"

"Training classes once a month and sharing lessons learned with the team"

"I liked working with the company because they employed people who cared about the work that they put out it was a since of pride in everything that we did and put the customer first."

"No I dont have any tips other than being completly honest , and have self confidence"

"There was nothing that I didnt like about the company itself although the hours that we worked gottiresome working 84 hours a week with no time off for periods of 5 months at a time. The time off off was well deserved and allowed us to recharge and see our familes"

"The mangement team was great for the situation that wwe were inthey did an exceptional job."

"Be prepared to get a minimal understanding of the position and to learn the majority of your duties on the job."

"Lack of continuity due to the high attrition rate of employees."

"The work environment at DynCorp is on a fast pace which fits my work ethics and the team work is the base structure of great accomplishments."

"Depending where you are coming for, and what you are trying to accomplish, DynCorp is not a bad company. I would not advice it as a career path"

"They are not treating all foreign nationals the same. There is no job continuity after you finish with the contracting part of it. You can't see any promotions"

"I will listen more to my employees, I will treat them fair, fire the lazy ones and keep the hard workers."
