"Coworkers were friendly and the company increased the base salary due to the low tips inherent to the delivery area. The area was rough and the store was aging but managers worked with what they had/"

"I’ve worked for Domions for two years, and I honestly don’t think there’s a better work environment. From the new people to meet to the friendly, helpful staff. It’s a wonderful day to day work lifestyle. Not to mention the motivation with daily challenges! Everything is as it should at Domino's!"

"It was a good summer job and a good chance for me to get some retail experience. I doubt it's a good place for upward momentum, but It was a good place to learn and earn a bit of money."

"I've worked for Domino's Pizza in the summer of 2016. I do believe that the company can be improved in various of areas. One of them would be proper training for junior employee."

"I am not a fan of working at Domino's Pizza in my honest opinion just because of how stressful it is and with how little they pay you to even work there with all the amount of work that you do there. It seems unfair to me. I would not recommend this job unless you are teenage or around my age. But I am smarter than most people my age so this job does not fit my needs."

"It is a good company to work for, but after some time the projects can get monotonous, especially in the mobile area. There's not much room for self-improvement. While working as a contractor, there was not much opportunity for growth."

"I am working as a developer in the ecom group. This job has always been "okay", but the longer I work here the less unsatisfying this company seems to be. There is little to no QA, every release is a fire drill, nothing is organized. The infrastructure is dated, the policies right out of the 90's (the company has temporarily suspended its dress code). Pay is below market, the benefits are pretty poor as well. The university is the other big employer in Ann Arbor and you can make about the same yearly wage there, but have incredible benefits. Work there if you need experience, otherwise avoid."

"Worked at a local Domino's for a few years. The responsibilities and duties I had were equal, if not more than the store manager (laziness pays I guess). The only difference was I got paid less for the same stress. Flexibility in hours were near impossible. You're pretty much guaranteed to work up to 60 hours 6 days a week since no one wants to apply due to the mediocre wages. I had to quit and take on a sit down job due to the amount of hours I had to work. It depends on the store and area managers, but most stores I've come across including mine. You were made to run everywhere. After a few rolled ankles I couldn't take it anymore since they still expected me to work my full time hours. I was threatened to be fired due to their policy of constantly having to move quicker than my body's threshold would allow. I only stayed as long as I did because most employees kept me coming back every day, it was the higher management that made me dread it with their impossible goals. You were always guaranteed to fail at least one of those goals every day, and they would yell at you for it, even when you are not staffed fully. It doesn't matter if everyone called in, you better hit what they expect."
