"Strive to be one of the best employers to work for not just the one that customers choose."

"Stop firing techs who try to keep the customers happy because Dish Network techs are not allowed to go on roof if there is ice and snow. DirecTV doesn't care about that. They will leave it up to the tech to decide if it's safe for him or not."

"Small dish sets with recorder when people not at home or see other programs, it's a device to record and save it."

"There was not much room to move if you don't want to relocate to Denver Colorado."

"Everything, but the pay and my boss."

"My boss would treat employees differently and give some more benefits than others, as well as get mad at one employee for making a mistake and let it go for another employee who made the same one. Too many changes and the closer would get more money per sale every other week."

"Its a face paced highly competitive industry. Tremendous amount of activity in the industry allowing for enormous enhancement and innovation all geared towards making Dish the best in class, not only within the Pay TV Industry, but to build a well respected brand across all industries."

"I don't dislike anything about my position, I am seeking an opportunity to relocate and no senior positions are available at this time. We have a solid team and place, and no openings will be available for quite some time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"During the rally to reach number one, I do believe there are opportunities to step back and recognize progress more. The charisma and appreciation from management could be increased, which would improve morale. I've shared this feedback with them, and they've worked hard to improve upon it. They are open minded and respect employee feedback. Frequent televised appreciation meetings are now taking place, which helps improve morale and provides a feeling of purpose with front line employees."
